Spesso, quando studiamo una strategia web insieme ai nostri clienti, ci arrivano queste domande:

La risposta a tutte queste domande, purtroppo, è sempre “dipende”.
Costruire una strategia di content marketing è come creare un vestito su misura.
Bisogna tenere conto sì della taglia, ma anche della forma del corpo di chi lo indosserà, dei suoi gusti, della stagione in cui verrà indossato, i tessuti, i colori, lo stile con cui realizzarlo, se classico oppure più estroso.
E proprio come un vestito su misura, anche la scelta di aprire un sito web, un blog e un canale social deve essere rifinita sull’azienda che li utilizzerà.
Perché vale ancora la pena avere un sito web
Nell’era in cui tutto è social, in molti pensano che sia sufficiente aprire una pagina Facebook per promuovere la propria attività.
Ma il sito web è ancora una vetrina istituzionale molto importante a cui non rinunciare.
Tramite il sito le persone capiranno se siete l’azienda che fa per loro, troveranno i vostri contatti, i prezzi dei vostri prodotti e servizi, potranno fare prenotazioni, vedere le foto della vostra struttura, chiedervi informazioni approfondite.
E avere un sito web è ancora fondamentale per assicurarvi un buon posizionamento nei motori di ricerca per le parole chiave del vostro settore.
Il nostro consiglio è quello di non lasciare al caso la presenza online e di presidiare tutti i canali che avete a disposizione. Non vorrete mica che il primo risultato di ricerca sia il sito di Pagine Gialle o il forum di Tripadvisor?
Cose da sapere prima di aprire un blog
Aprire un blog deve essere visto come un progetto a lungo termine, perché, una volta aperto, bisogna tenerlo aggiornato.
Ci vuole tempo, pazienza, dedizione, un piano editoriale da seguire e, soprattutto, delle cose da dire! Quindi, prima di decidere se prendere questa strada, fatevi queste domande: avrò sempre degli argomenti a disposizione da trattare? Sono rilevanti per i miei clienti? Ho davvero il tempo per seguirli?
Se vi state chiedendo se ne valga la pena, possiamo dirvi che i blog continuano a dare i loro frutti in termini di posizionamento del sito e di creazione di autorevolezza: più pubblicate contenuti utili per i vostri lettori, più loro vi seguiranno e più vi troveranno quando avranno bisogno di approfondire un tema legato ai vostri prodotti o servizi.
Con che frequenza pubblicare? La risposta è: con costanza. Se siete sicuri di avere delle cose nuove da dire ogni settimana, pubblicate ogni settimana, ma se i vostri articoli sono molto approfonditi, e necessitano a monte di una ricerca e di uno studio più impegnativo, è sufficiente pubblicare anche una volta al mese.
La cosa fondamentale è non fare promesse che non potete rispettare: questo vale per i motori di ricerca, ma soprattutto per il vostro pubblico.
Dovete trattarlo come una rivista di settore, che esce puntuale ogni mese con le ultime novità. Pensate a quanti disdirebbero l’abbonamento se uscisse una volta ogni tanto e solo quando l’editore si ricorda di stamparla.
Come scegliere dove distribuire i contenuti?
I social network restano sempre un mezzo importante per dirigere le persone verso il sito e il blog.
Facebook non è più una piattaforma gratuita e, se di sicuro vi permette di targetizzare in maniera precisa il vostro pubblico e raggiungere proprio chi ha interesse nei vostri argomenti, è necessario investire.
Su Instagram potete promuovervi se il vostro prodotto è “visivo” e se avete delle belle immagini da mostrare. È più difficile, ma non impossibile, quando dovete promuovere dei servizi, ma potreste utilizzarlo se riuscite a creare una coerenza grafica e visiva per i vostri contenuti.

Di una cosa siamo piuttosto sicuri: il sito web continua ad essere una piattaforma necessaria.
Sul blog e i social network, dove produrre e distribuire contenuti, bisogna fare un ragionamento più complesso.
È necessario capire prima di tutto chi siete voi, chi è il vostro pubblico e quali sono le sue abitudini. Solo dopo potrete scegliere in quali canali attivare la conversazione con loro.
